  • Change of Minds (No refund/Exchange only)

Eligibility

  • Returns for change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date shown on receipt
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Exchange product value must be equal or greater than the original product. No refund will be processed if the Exchanged product is valued less than the returned product.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return for Change of Mind, please contact our customer service team at info@emybeauty.com.au with your order number and reason for the return, along with photos of the purchased items.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exclusions – the following are deemed as non-returnable items:
  • Sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Faulty or Defective Items (Refundable/Exchangeable)

Eligibility

  • Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • An item is considered faulty if it is damaged, or defective. Such as missing pump, broken cap etc.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@emybeauty.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the defective item.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the faulty item.
  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a prepaid shipping label
  • Once we receive the faulty item, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue.
  • If your return is approved, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement item.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If a replacement item is requested, we will ship it to you at no additional cost (shipping will be the same as your original shipping method)
