You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

We do not offer Refund for Change of Mind.
We only offer Refund if the item you receive is faulty (such as missing pump, seal is broken, broken cap etc). Please send your return request to info@emybeauty.com.au within 30 days of date of purchase shown on purchase receipt.

Absolutely! We are happy to provide an Exchange, however, the products must still in their original and unused condition. The seal must also be intact and no signs of damage. We hope you understand as this is a safety & hygiene policy we uphold. We will assess your Exchange request and will communicate with you with the next step. Please send your return request to info@emybeauty.com.au within 30 days of date of purchase shown on purchase receipt.

It is also important to verify the expiry date of the product to ensure it is fresh. Using expired cosmetics can cause skin irritation and other issues.
